ARE THERE ADDITIONAL TRAVEL COSTS CHARGED?
Travel fees to the areas listed above, Sunshine Coast, Hinterland & North Brisbane areas, are included in your quote. We may be able to travel for additional jobs outside of these areas, however a conservative travel fee will apply.
WHAT KIND OF FACILITIES ARE REQUIRED? (TAP/POWER ETC.)
On-site water supply is required - a standard water tap is appropriate! I would be happy to liase with property managers where required to find the most convenient tap. Electrical supply is not required.
WHAT CHEMICALS DO YOU USE? WHAT EFFECT DOES THESE HAVE?
We use a lot of water, and a little chlorine - to achieve the thorough clean you’re after. The chemicals, when used incorrectly, can poorly affect sensitive materials & gardens - however, we are diligent in taking every precaution available to avoid damage. We are a fully insured service provider in the case of any adverse damages.
